How do I make my reservation?Simply fill out the form on this page and we will get in touch with you and take care of the rest!

How much in advance do I need to make my request?A two-week advanced request is preferred; however, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need a room on short notice!

How do you determine between a discounted rate and a fully subsidized room?You can pick the rate you want, based on your financial situation. A fully subsidized room request requires a referral letter from a medical professional or social worker. If you select this option, we will be in touch with you to get what we need in order to make your reservation.

Do I have to provide my credit card information or pay for the room in advance?The hotel does not require your credit card information in advance. You will only be charged when you check in.

Is there a maximum number of nights I can use this for at one time?If your situation requires it, you can request a reservation for up to three nights at a time. If you require a longer stay, just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Is there a limit to how many reservation requests I can make?We understand that some people with PD require frequent visits for consultations, DBS or screenings, so at present, there is no limit to how many reservation requests you make within a given period of time.
