  • What:  A no-cost, 6-week pilot program online exercise class for caregivers, led by Dr. Michael Braitsch PT, DPT of Tribe Wellness and sponsored by Skypass Foundation 

    • 45 minutes exercise, 15 minutes of time to connect/laugh/relax

    • Exercise "types" will vary in each of the 6 weeks. Everything covered can easily be modified to work around pain and to avoid flaring up old injuries.  Classes will change in focus each week and will include an introduction to body weight training, weight lifting (light weights), high intensity interval training (HIIT), mindful mat exercises (similar to yoga and pilates), Tai Chi, and non-contact boxing. 

  • When: Weekly class will tentatively occur on Tuesdays at 10AM CT (subject to change based on needs of the group) for 6 consecutive weeks, beginning on 05/04/21

  • Who: Open to all caregivers

  • Why: To allow an avenue to practice self care, get rid of stress, have fun, laugh, share tips/stories, and encourage each other!

  • Where: Zoom - sign up below and the link will be emailed to you each week
